- Fresh graduates in all majors with less than two-year work experience
- GPA from 7/10 or equivalent

ROUND 1: DARE TO START

round 2: DARE TO SHOW UP
- Selected candidates from Round 1 will be invited to attend in Career Day in the Early of July.
- At the event, you will have chance to meet Board of Director of Generali Vietnam, learn about Life insurance industry, functional departments and study practical experiences.
- Within Career Day, you will take the Multiple Choice Aptitude Test regarding Thinking and Numberical abilities.
round 3: DARE TO go through challenges
- Candidates qualified in Round 2 will attend a 3-day Training Workshop taking place in the Middle of July.
- During the training workshop, candidates will be trained essential soft skills for business life, involved in group discussion and presentation.
ROUND 4: DARE TO BECOME GENEXT
- Selected candidates in Round 3 will have a direct interviews with the Department Head and Human Capital Department before on board at Generali Vietnam.
